Flint Rassmussen is the guy who is in the ring wearing clown make-up, making jokes and entertaining the crowd between bull rides. This is not to say he is a rodeo clown, in his words, “I like to say I’m in the entertainment business.”

Bozeman, Montana hosts an amazing “Challenger” event, where up and coming cowboys work on their earnings in an effort to make it to the top 45 “Built Ford Tough” tour.

Shorty Gorham has about the hardest gig on earth, he’s a bullfighter. He’s the guy that gets in between the bull and the rider when the cowboy gets bucked off. When he’s not fighting bulls he’s working on his gigantic ranch in south Texas where it gets so hot, “you don’t even need a water heater.”

Mutton Bustin’ is where cowboys and cowgirls get their start, riding sheep…pretty darn cute.

Tom and Penny Teague own some of the most bad ass bulls in the PBR. They are wonderful, fun, generous people who know how to have a good time.

The PBR World Finals in Vegas is pretty much as good as it gets as far as live sports events. Loud music, gigantic flags, pyro, bucking bulls and cowboys- it’s totally over the top and amazing.

And then, when it’s all over you can drive through the desert.

While in Missouri shooting Willy Ropp we met “Jesse” James Graber, an aspiring young Amish bull rider who we hung out with and shot at Willy tutored him in proper posture while riding and all that kind of stuff. Shortly after we left Jesse was in a fatal car accident.
